Jack Edlow Delivers Keynote Address at the Nuclear Energy Agency's Bridging Law And Technology Workshop in Stockholm, Sweden

The workshop, organized by the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency, convened international regulators, legal experts, policymakers, and technical specialists to examine the evolving intersection of nuclear law, regulatory frameworks, and emerging technologies. Discussions focused on ensuring that legal and regulatory systems remain aligned with rapid technological innovation across the global nuclear sector. Jack Edlow delivered the keynote address focusing on the legal and regulatory implications and solutions for the nuclear industry.
In his keynote remarks, Mr. Edlow addressed the critical role of international cooperation, regulatory coherence, and practical implementation in safely advancing nuclear technologies. He emphasized the importance of aligning legal structures with operational realities to support innovation while upholding the highest standards of safety, security, and nonproliferation.
Following the keynote, NEA Director General, William Magwood IV, commended the presentation, stating:
